Recommend good BW monitoring tool?
hi all... can any recommend a small-footprint bandwidth monitoring tool that isn't terribly resource hungry? i want something that will monitor users (by username) and keep track of how much bw they eat up in any given period... mostly to catch those who are sharing accounts via proxy's. any suggestions for something not too hard to implement? thx all..!

I know Analog stats will output the amount of data a username has downloaded, I don't know of anything that will do it in real time. Maybe have someone program it?
Also, check out mod_bandiwidth and mod_throttle for Apache |

I solved that problem by hosting all my movies at LikeWhoa. Now its impossible for my users to download enough to give me a nasty bandwidth bill even if they do share accounts.
