I consider Warchild my greatest convert to BJJ. Look up the most vicious ill tempered dogs and you'll find the dachshund at number one. Conversely, WTF was the multiopoo owner doing not paying attention? It's like parents with kids and the internet blaming everyone but themselves when they find tranny scat films in the browser history.

dogs like rottweilers, doberman, pit-bulls etc scare the shit out of me. the other day i was walking on the santa monica pier and a woman and her bf were walking their gigantic pit-bull behind me, it was in a harnass, but i tell you, she had no control of it even normal walking...
to me a dog like that is a deadly weapon, and a license should be required.

Yea, those situations are lame to be around.

But I know a lot of expensive Rott Breeds, Doberman Breads that are bread docile and good with kids and other dogs.

Need to look for the inbreed dogs and dogs that used to be bred as fight dogs now producing pups.

Free dog=unanticipated issues.

I had a very expensive English Bulldog. Very cute/ugly and had to pry 3 different pit bull's jaws off of my dog with a break stick and a 80K Volt stun gun that i bring with me to the dog park.

On all 3 occasions the dogs were almost one year old and all 3 owners said that their dog has never done that before. The beafy giant spiked collar and harness is what kept my dog from getting seriously hurt.

Now, if your dog attacks mine because you are too stupid to control, it good luck.

My dog may not be bread as a fighting dog, but im guessing if he gets bit one time where it hurts by a Pitt or Lab that is off leash, we will see 145lbs of pure animal get real vicious real fast.

I do, and have dropped the leash when another dog approaches because my 3 year old daughter holding my hand is my priority.

Sorry to hear about the poopiddle, but as has been stated in this thread....animals will be true too who they are. I have had the pleasure of caring for many of the throwbacks (mutts and dropofffs) Dog and human alike. Your dogs acted, normal. The question hear is why would a responsible owner allow a mouse to play with a cat, natural reaction is to be expected, not killer instinct, but play.....your pups will be fine, just give them love and watch out for others mistakes.

That's funny, the biggest baby I have at the house is pitmix. Poor pup is scared of the trash bags....meanest one at the house is a little black lab mix, smallest one here, but I have dubbed her as "The Snapping Turtle"
They all have personality and that is ours to learn, figure out the comfort zone between human and animal. I for one hope I do not have to pay taxes on my friends.
