I'm obviously not an attorney or I'd be there fighting for us tooth and nail, but it is disappointing that after all this time no ground has been gained and we're in the same place today as we were when it was first introduced. I agree the beast is still alive and I agree that it is very likely that .xxx will pass this time. But the fact that it already took this long, the fact that the ICM even had to resort to openly bribing the ICANN director, the fact that the ICM found it necessary to get the comment period shortened,... all are a direct result of the nonstop-noise-making efforts of the many individuals in this industry.

I admit that sending a single email or a single tweet may seem useless, but the total impact of all those messages has been that we have at least been able to delay the .xxx.

Every comment period, there were people on GFY posting that sending an email would be useless and that everything was a done deal... Obviously they were wrong... Whether it be lazyness and apathy (The irony is that writing their GFY posts probably took just as much effort as an email to ICANN would have taken) or a deliberate attempt to sabotage the anti-.xxx efforts (Taking away the enemy's will to fight...)... It doesn't matter... They were wrong... .Xxx is still not here.

The fight is not over until it's over.
