back to the thread subject, Manwin or not, I think that unless there's other better resource, everybody (including me) will keep posting and doing business here. Maybe for some people who can attend shows, have other kind of contacts or stuff like that is easier to move out, but for those in the services area (design, programming, content and such), and ven more those of us outside US, something like GFY is a need, we'd do less than 50% of the business we already do, and that's a fact. Flynt is still kicking it, for sure with the Casino business now.

One thing to note that both Flynt and Hefner don't have, then or now, is major online global reach. Cut the B.S. both actually suck at it, for who they are - they both really dropped the ball online.

They could have been much larger... Nathan and hahaha aren't the only super powers in our Industry. They just happen to be the two you hear about.

Yes, Nathan could tell us to piss off or ignore us. But that wouldn't benefit him very much for reputation management/repairing reps, stopping rumors, etc. He's also the person with the info, and it sounds and looks like he doesn't have a right hand person he trusts to do that job.

I read an article several weeks back that talked about major corps, like some of the top 500. Where the CEO's were going online more, Twitter, Facebook, actually sending emails to customers, etc. Doing rep management, solving issues hands on, watching the issues they really have... We will start seeing more and more of this as more people learn to research before they buy.

That mixed with not having someone around that can do a better job than yourself, would probably mean any of us would be doing what he is.....if we cared at all.

I despise them, think they're crooks, and believe their empire is built on thievery, lies and other deception. That said, there's not many businesses out there that wouldn't want to fist fuck all their competition, and most if not all of you probably use products/services every day by companies who operate with that notion. They may not be doing it with crime, but they're likely trying to find any and every loophole imaginable to screw their competition, and of course all the "illegal" tubes owned by Manwin and others all capitalize on the one big loophole that is DMCA.

Anyways, what I'm saying is get pissed at the DMCA and fight for better protection of content, get pissed at underhanded shit that's being done, but you really can't get pissed about a company's desire to fuck everyone else because it's just way too prevalent these days.

How many restrooms do you currently have? Do you have sufficient cleaning staff? Are you aware you typically need 3 toilets for girls for every 2 toilets for guys? What if the 5th and 6th floors you are planning on taking over are from an all girl company? The toilet math would be completely be thrown off! Sure. Though, there are always small time guys trying to come up. I know a couple guys who are Russian mafia over here in Thailand and they are all (at least the three guys I know) into small time shit. Not sure why they even bother with some of it. I left a handful of scenes on there a while ago (along with some other sites) to see if any traceable traffic was coming from them and it was virtually nonexistent. During the time I did not notice any spike in traffic or sales. I expected a bunch of hits with no sales, but not even the hits came. To answer your question, 65% of 3rd floor for Management & Admin (rest of it is empty, reserved for us, we just did not build it out yet to not waste cash), 100% of 4th floor for general public, open floor office with conference rooms, 50% of 2nd floor for Support and our content pre and post production currently (likely either of the two are being moved to 3rd floor soon to expand the other) and for our cafeteria and in-house servers, ups, tech room.

We are growing to 100% 3rd, 100% 2nd and option on 5th and 6th when they clear out...

You would care if you were paying out over a million a year in rent, land tax and services. And 15 million in wages.

But then you employ people to look after all that.

Just because you post something on GFY doesn't make it true. All I ask is PROVE IT.

When I asked about floor space you were clueless about it and ridiculed my answer. Then saw my post which proved me right. Then changed your story.

So how many rest rooms do you need for 300 people?

And btw, if you still do not get it, no I would not care about 1m a year rent and 15 mil in wages... think about that one a bit... not more than just knowing that this is what it is....
