All I knew was that the extended lease is around 50000 sqft, but I did not know the exact number so I waited a whole 6 hours until I was home to verify since I could not find it on my iPhone...
To answer your question, 65% of 3rd floor for Management & Admin (rest of it is empty, reserved for us, we just did not build it out yet to not waste cash), 100% of 4th floor for general public, open floor office with conference rooms, 50% of 2nd floor for Support and our content pre and post production currently (likely either of the two are being moved to 3rd floor soon to expand the other) and for our cafeteria and in-house servers, ups, tech room.
We are growing to 100% 3rd, 100% 2nd and option on 5th and 6th when they clear out...
