first job is hiring a top lawyer and accountancy firm to advise me and get the money safely invested until I can figure out what to do with it.

i'd buy a very nice home for 3-5M depending on where it's located, no more than 5000 sq feet, maybe 7500 sq feet. Then comes taking care of family and a few close friends.

If we're talking 355 million then I'd set up a charitable foundation and decide how much a year I'll give to charity. I wouldn't be handing over millions to big corporate type charities.
I'd like to find individuals and groups who really need immediate help.

Honestly, I would never want to win an amount like that.

It takes away a lot of cool things in life like the joy of raking in cash from sales, seeing results cause the hard work you put into things.

Winning 500K is sweet, gets you going for a while, take a long-term trip, invest and live a few years without worry (if you do it right)

Chances of you becoming an empty shell of a person when winning an amount of 355 mil are pretty high.
