If you have to ask others before you get them, the answer is NO NO NO NO NO.
If you feel like doing them for yourself and yourself alone then by all means go ahead and get them done.
But if you are doing them for any other reason than to please yourself, buy a puppy or something like that -- cosmetic surgery like this is MAJOR surgery -- the risk of infection or scarring, the time spent recovering, the risks on down the road -- it's alot to think about and unless YOU would feel better with the implants, DON'T even go there.
There are some that are so good now they'd fool almost anyone -- most of them are under the muscle implants so there is no scar to the nipple -- but they are going to be small since only so much will fit under the muscle -- and from what I hear you can give up ever working out your upper body after that (hmmm, removal vs. saggy arms later on in life) --
you also run the risk of desensitizing the nipple if you do the over the muscle implants as well.
If you do get them, find a support group immediately --
And the last thing I would do before I got them if I were you was look at all the good things about your body -- maybe you have great legs, a fantastic ass, a curvaceous waistline -- and see if the boobs really make any difference to your real self
