they feel very hard at first but then you go to therapy and they get a little softer after a few weeks.

If you really want to go that route, stick with saline! Stay away from the silicone. At least saline is natural to the body and if there comes a problem, it shouldn't affect your health. And as your body absorbs it you can get 'refills' at the doctor without more operations etc. And they supposedly feel much more natural as well.

But if you are a B or better... I wouldn't bother. In fact I'd swap for a B if I could without alot of surgery. Big is not always better gf.

I've never understood why anyone would like fake boobs. First off, they're usually so obvious. Natural breasts are smooth and flat on the top and round on the bottom. Most implants result in breasts that are round on the top AND the bottom. Next, if they are done merely to increase size, it's sad. There are guys, like me, who really prefer small breasts. The gal who thinks she's missing out on male attention because her breasts are too small will suddenly be getting attention from guys in mullet hairdos who drive bigwheel pickup trucks and think Bud and jo-jos is a gourmet meal.
