Are there any good scripts out there? Can you code one yourself? Post here. Let me know about your script or one you could write to improve on existing scripts.

Yes, I know a sum symbol. You are not going to be able to get into an argument with me about this. I know how Markov chains work and I understand the math, but most people don't. That's why I say it's nonsense to most people! Markov's mathematical ideas aren't exactly the easiest thing in the world to get your mind around.

Now why don't you do some work instead of taking posts out of context and trying to get into arguments with random people over random shit on a message board?

Ok, you've actually succeded in getting a bit of a rise out of me.

1. The search/replace hackjob you are spamming is in no way comparable to the things possible with Markov's concepts. That is like saying you could do just as good a job cooking for 500 people using only a small lighter as your sole heat source, as you would be able to with a bunch of large professional stoves.

2. The math comment is just stupid and again just an excerpt taken completely out of context (Is that your thing?). I'd like to learn more about this fabulous country where math on a level high enough to thouroughly understand Markov chains is mandatory. Do you start at age 2 with 4th or 5th level equations?

Everything up (and inclining) algebra (square equations, progressions, logarithms, limits, derivative basics etc) and trigonometry (full course of it) are parts of standard math program for any school here.

So you are saying that every russian with the mandatory level in mathematics is able to understand the Markov concepts? That is pretty damn amazing. Russians must be the smartest people alive. We have pretty much the same mandatory subjects in Denmark and I would be pretty hard pressed to find any danes with only those subjects that understand Markov. Hell, I've had math professors in my university courses that have had problems with it.

How do you suppose they managed the Cernobyl ? That was some markov chaining right there. Because of that, all kids can now recite both volumes of Peano's infinitesimal analysis backwards by the age of 12.

I don't belive any one nationality is smarter than others. I do belive that a lot of countries provide better learning posibilities and while Russia is getting to be pretty good in that respect, it is complete and utter bull that anyone with only a basic understanding of math would understand the Markov stuff..

The only person who mentioned the nationality in this thread was you. I was talking about Russian (old USSR) school program only but not about the nationality. Russia is a multi-national country and we don't have a special school program for Russians only. It's all available for free to ANY citizen of country regardless his/her nationality.

Industrial accidents don't "just happen". Especially not to people who understand high math in grade school.

I'm fully agree what search/replace method is a really easy thing (BTW, it's not a hackjob but a plugin which uses standard open API's of WordPress). I'd say it's very simple and even rude algorithm. But I also know that at least 2 guys on this board were to smart to patent the random feed content morphing script is the USA as their innovating invention It's not a joke - believe me
