There are only certain "legal" things a company may say about an ex employee.

Even though I don't know you, I probably wouldn't hire you myself now because of this thread. There would always be some doubt in my mind about things and I couldn't trust you completely as I should be able to trust an employee. I'm sure others probably feel this same way, and because of that, this statement made by Cherry Bucks has caused you harm by their "intentional and maliciously" statements.

I read three of the pages and am amazed at most of this.

Some of it was side tracked by personal bickering between people that added nothing to the thread.

I'm 52 tomorrow and been in many businesses beside porn, catering, dressmaking (In the East End of London), selling office furniture, selling advertising space porn and now the Internet.

I have never been in a business where shaving, stealing and a lack of trustworthy actions is so acceptable. It seems that anything goes.

But a lot of it is so obvious. Webmaster programs are put up that anyone with any sense and a calculator can see the numbers have to be shaved to make it pay. You can not give an affiliate 50% of every sign up and renewal, if you are paying the CC processor 15% and he is holding back 10%, then buy the content, bandwidth, hosting and everything else. But if you do not offer figures that clearly do not make sense no one is interested.

I do business based on my word, the site is in my name, not for ego but because it is my word and reputation you buy.

Others are not so straight in this business and that saddens me.

None of the above is aimed at an individual, but just a general observation of SOME of the people in the Internet business.

You started off right. There are a lot of programs that don't make sense when you add the numbers...but partnership programs are at the end of the list. They're far and away the safest for getting accurate numbers and not being shaved on.

Often employers get pissed off when they hire someone without experience, train them, and get screwed by the employee when they figure out how much more money they can make elsewhere and they split.

3: I am up way to early today.

Yes, you can give an affiliate 60 to 50 percent. I do with my small affiliate, I use glo-bill and I am not technical so there is no way in hell I can cheat.

The way I make the difference is by tgping,avs ,search engines and free sites !

It's the big guys that gives an affiliate 30 bucks for a 39.95 program that you want to take out your calcuator and go. ummmm... Hey, they pay me so what do I care..
