You hired this person to help you START your program, yet you admit you provided her with no business cards. Now, there's photographic evidence that she had cards, so where did they come from? Someone made them and had them printed... and whoever they may be, their business sense is clearly far superior to yours. Why on earth would anyone send a hired marketer to a networking event without a business card? For Christ's sake, it's the cheapest form of advertising and gives you some credibility. That's Marketing 101, fool. It might be especially useful when the company running the program is a complete unknown to the established webmaster community, and has hired someone to get their foot in the door.

Seems to me this woman has served you quite well, in spite of your not giving her even the simplest tools to do her job. Just look at how many posts your program is appearing on while you "try to warn other webmasters" about someone who got your name in front of potential customers, and continues to do so, even fired and publicly trashed.

I'd say you got more than your money's worth.
