A site like this should be 98% automated, and coding everything takes less than a week. The design is already there, it's nice and simple for the first few months, and I don't see how this can be taking so long...

A mix of all of the above is why I'm thinking of selling.

I suppose you could say I've gotten owned because I'm not at the point where I want to be with it yet, but everything good takes time.

Good little story for you all.. Before I put a password to the administration area a guy went in and fiddled around with the latest listings. I definitely got owned then. It's now properly secured of course.

Swiftwill.com guys do a great job making sure things are secure. They're proactive and preventative.. except I just hadn't made htaccess file for admin area yet. OOPS.. Heh.

I've read through the different offers including some partnerships or lease / lease to own ideas, and will reply to everyone at somepoint - I won't sell or do anything with it until I've been in contact with everyone, so don't worry, I'm not leaving anyone out.

However, I will state all monetary offers thus far have been substantially lower than what I'd part with, reason being I could continue my plans to develop, just would be postponed and slower than I'd like. Enough money and I'll let someone else develop it into a mega site.

Here's some statistical info. The site is currently at 5 times the size it was from when it was simply an index page and is still constantly growing. This growth comes from type-ins and as well now more search engine traffic looking, and from people bookmarking to check back for more. As you can see, there currently really isn't much there to bookmark for, so there's still a huge potential. Actual numbers aren't high compared to what most are used to checking their stats for for their adult, and developed sites, so no point in really stating them.
