They have been acquired by totalserversolutions, can't say I'm impressed

Nothing works, password reset kaput, try to send message on FB they tell you to send to support email, send to support email get autoreply this email does not work send to sales

So, any alternatives to this comedy show?

I just need basic unlimited hosting of websites / emails, no heavy work

Called them and got the problem solved.
They had a few bugs that needed to be ironed out

go to lease web, get a dedicated server from them then use someone like serverbuddies.com to setup anything you cant.
we have a server with nakedhosting and a couple at leaseweb..great service, great prices..

We all have.. and that is not our plans by any means.

We're trying to improve the tech in this space. Just an example. With my history in a Cam world (I was one of the biggest studios in Colombia) together with our tier 1 techs here. We have come up with something that's going to make streaming from 3rd world countries look like they are streaming from with in a 1st word nation (to not give to much away) we're still tweaking it, but it's impressive....
