The last time I got an email like that my host had sold all accounts to a new company. The new company fucked up transferring the accounts to new servers (we were never notified we were moving to new servers) and many were left offline for up to 3 weeks.

Was that one of the Hostgator companies? I forget the name of the parent group.

I've been a fan of National Net since 2005 or so..... Great company.

I think we are going into same issue like in 2016 when old host sold the company keeping all customer in dark and runaway leaving customer servers down for over 17 days....

Sorry for any confusion to anyone but I think maybe some of the mailouts went out of order or something because the first thing you should have received was an email from *ME* directly explaining everything. But, let me put some of you at ease real quick....First, the sale closed on October 4th so it is not new and I am still around Second, you guys are going to LOVE working with TSS. They even went out and hired Omar (yes, Fucking Omar...that Omar) to be their face in the community because they are excited about working with all of you!

For me, you will still see me around as they made that a part of the contract. They wanted to make sure that the transition was smooth...unlike so many in the past in this industry. I am available on an as needed basis and will be for the foreseeable future so feel free to hit me up if you need anything.

For the record, I get approached at least a few times a week from people wanting to buy NationalNet. I simply went from saying "hell no" to "how much?" LOL!!

Before the acquisition. TSS had approached me several times to bring me on board, and my response was always "No way! Those are some BIG shoes to fill." I had spent a life time in adult, made a great living, and many friends here that I still talk with till this day! In my best (Al Pacino voice) "Just when I thought I was out! They bring me back in!" LOL I was pretty nervous about coming back to adult, but after being here since Oct! I can honestly say "I can't wait to show you guys how many new and great things TSS has in stored for this industry!"

Well to calm everyone's fears. When TSS bought National net. We also acquired the very high tech and super up to date data center that National net was in. Not only did we move in. We've kept all of thier employee's as well! So you will see the same names along with some new ones responding to our tickets!

That being said. TSS goes ABOVE and BEYOND for their employees. Providing the best health insurance on the market (medical, dental eye), retirement funds, and so much more that it would take a while to list. Yeah I may seem biased because I work there, but anyone that knows me, also knows I wouldn't come to work for just anyone....ESPECIALLY in this industry!

Change is always inevitable with new acquisition's, but we're actually trying to keep as much of it the same as possible. Changes to the portal and such are to come, but we intend to keep service at the same high level everyone is accustomed to.

What does this mean for Certified Hosting? They were acquired by NationalNet and I'm hoping they would be folded into the great TSS infrastructure.

As I stated above, no servers are being moved at all! If we find any segments of business under preforming for TSS standards, we will be taking a closer look at it. If you have any further questions please submit a ticket, and your AM (account manager) or rep will shortly reply.

I know a lot of you have concerns, and I'm trying to address them as much as I can here, but Internal discussions should be just that, if you need direct support just follow via help desk, live chat, or phone....
