well this is serbia and if you do not work you die from hunger + the whole world is in economic crisis so you get it...

normal jobs, all over the world, have a minimum of 2400minutes or 8 hours 5x per day or you do not get payed...I ask for 6 hours 5x per week or the equivalent over a 7 day period...1800 minutes to the minute and I do not count split camming and combining times from site A and site B...the main site must have 1800 min clocked in to get payed end of story...I do not care whether they come in 2 daily shifts or do it in one whole or if they work their asses of for 4 days and then relax 3...

yes many girls say "I am tired after 2 hours of lying on my bed" and this is why I do not have 100 girls, I have 10+ depending on how much I fire or recruit

you achieve this by being a great motivator, you literally brain wash them with hour long talks about how things are going to pick up if she invests tons of effort and time in to her job, how she will have tons of regular customers if she clocks in at regular times and puts in the loooooooooooong hours and how her life will change bla bla bla....if you do not know how to motivate and "manipulate" you are not doing your job as a studio boss...

this is how you get them to work 1800min/week you can take my advice or go back to the excuses your models give you, I am telling you it is completely realistic...

I tried letting them work for how ever much they want and had lots of models come, gave lots of ads in the paper, and had tons of trouble for mediocre money...since refining my game and going for quality vs. quantity the problems are much less and the profit is just as good...

I truly believe that, technical issues aside, the success of a studio is 90% boss 10% girls...

Some free advice:

1. Make sure you install key logger software to monitor the chats,
you will constantly be surprised by the methods people use to cheat you.

2. If they have clients sending them "gifts" you might as well get a %.

3. Keep them in line. Have penalties in place for being late or no shows.

Thanks. Yeah there is no one on this site that can get me down. I came into this with realistic expectations and goals. It is going decent so far, almost made enough in last 2 weeks of june (first 2 weeks live) to pay the rent haha, without full booths. I am happy with that. Now that the booths are almost full, I can't wait to see what this month brings. Who knows, I might still be in the game in 6 months.
Expecially with making a move away from myfreecams...still gonna use it as a trainer though, since they seem the fastest to get girls approved, interview monday and on cam tuesday. others like streamate take like a week.

I finally went live last week after soo many issues to get this place going, mostly with the internet service. I got service through telmex at first but it sucked big time, I was promised a certain thing as far as upload speeds but was totally lied to. I finally got fiber optics through another company but I think the rates I am paying are probably waay higher than what you are paying because of my location. I guess it comes down to supply and demand, they know they are one of the few that can give me fiber optics dedicated service so the company charges a ridiculous amount. It's been a tough learning process. I have been trying to get this going for the past 3-4 months but so many delays just kept pushing me back. One thing I learned so far, and I am sure you did too, people in mexico don't even care when you are getting service from them. It's like nobody wants to make money! I finally ended up getting service through someone else and the speed seems better. How's it going for you in mexico city? So far I have 4-5 girls signed up but I have room for 15 since I'm trying to do 3 8-hour shifts and I have 5 stations starting off. If everything goes well I will try to get to 30 girls since I have more room at my studio. At the moment I am only signed up through livejasmin, which seems very user-friendly. Just that you have to get on their ass to approve girls. At first, I was told it could take up to 12 hours for the ladies to get approved, neat thing is though, they have a chat option so I would just go there with tech support and tell them that the girl was here ready to work, so far they have been really quick to verify IDs and the whole signup. Change ISP 3 times seems quite a pain. I don't suggest keeping girls in 2 site only, use splitcam and teach them multitasking.

Bad advice.
The big money is made by HD which you can not provide with Splitcamming.
Now at days the better quality you provide the more money you will make.
Work on many sites but on different times NO splitcamming.

Now at days there are fast internet lines and PC's and I can see HD in splitcam on 5+ sites, this at least in romania, ukraine, russia and even colombia (studios, unsure how the home isp's). Perhaps not working with old pc's over dialup or cell phone from philippines, will be one frame per minute in such case.

Is not only a Internet speed matter.

1st - Any Split device reduces the quality of the stream, so that at the end you would not be streaming on HD

2nd - Most sites use the Macromedia Encoder so that you can Stream on Hd (LJ - Streamate - Cams - Etc) . This can only be open once and used on one site at the time.

3rd - By working on different sites at the time the quality of the service provided by the models would also not be the same.
