I am so pissed off

I get a charge back notice today from my third party processor. I go into my log and this motherfucker had been on my site 5 times. Then this motherfucker tried to rejoin my site today after charging back. I call my third party processor and they say at first there is nothing they can do, I say thats not true I worked for a website that had their own merchant account and we fought these all the time. Then I tell them I paid 750 for visa and its my account on the line now. Then he tells me here is a email address you can send the info to, no phone number just a email. THis is bullshit I am paying all this money in processing fees and they dont do shit for me. They roll over way to easy on chargebacks. I just needed to vent.

They black listed the card but they tell me also:

Unfortunately, we can not fight against charge backs. Credit card companies hold the right to charge back anything purchased online because it is a signature-less transaction. This is one of the drawbacks of doing business online.

THats such bullshit I worked for a small website ,he had his own merchant account and we would fight these things all the time.

then they write me back and say our merchant account does not allow us to dispute charge backs. It's not a matter of being bothered. If we were able to dispute charge backs,
charge backs wouldn't be an issue. All Visa and MasterCard are concerned with is, "do you have a signature?"

I dont believe them, so I just have to take it in the ass.

I know for a fact that online businesses can appeal chargebacks. I had it happen to me - I did a chargeback, they appealed and I ended up sending all kinds of paperwork to the CC company to back up my claim. I won, but they WERE able to appeal the initial CB. This was with Mastercard, but one would THINK it wouldn't be all that different with Visa (though we know where assumptions get us.....). Climb up the ladder and get the manager's manager and see what they can do. Good luck!!!
