Are there any dual screen laptops?
I can't find anything. Why isn't there a laptop with a second screen that flips out?

Probably because the concept of laptop is something you can work with on your lap, in transit places and the like. It would be a bit wonky really, as the screens would have to be centered to balance, so that could make some technical difficulties also.
