Since that hunk of shit was spewed up from the bowels of hell, the PMI has never worked worth a damn. I dont think I have ever talked to a person who had used it who didnt shit their pants in the first week when it mangled their fucking .htpasswd file.

I just checked some new subscriptions I received yesterday ... all of them have been issued a password and the password is present in my password file. So I can't see a problem.

My experience is that when you create a new sub-account you have to mail iBill and tell them to activate PM for that new account. Otherwise it would never work :-(
