I just checked some new subscriptions I received yesterday ... all of them have been issued a password and the password is present in my password file. So I can't see a problem.

My experience is that when you create a new sub-account you have to mail iBill and tell them to activate PM for that new account. Otherwise it would never work :-(

Their pass management script does screw up alot.... and then the emails start flying in...

Yeppers - I delt with this shit all day today - had to get on the phone and let one of the account reps set it up there in the office - I couldn't even do it myself!

She said ....."Ummmm sir, I think there is a small problem here on our end. I'll be glad to set it up for you manually."
