registerfly

recently i have transfered (with loooots of pain) around 50 domains out of registerfly. since then i am constantly receiving auto-renewal emails (thanks god they have my old CC info) on the same domains. domains have been transfered months ago but they still appear in my registerfly account. when i asked support if they can remove them so i stop getting those auto-renewal emails, they said that i should give them a list of domains that i have transfered away so that they can remove them manualy. now i have to go through hundreds of domains, check their whois to compile the fucking list of domains that have been transfered away. what a fucked up shit is that.

I have all my domains through registerfly but I don't want the hassle of transfering to a better company

Got the same problem and response. They used to have an account refresh tool that would have gotten rid of them but in their new site version they left it off the reports page. I got 400 domains in there that have been transfered and about 10 still stuck there - they told me to send them a list of the 400 rather than the 10.

Why can't you just copy and paste the list that they're still showing in Registerfly to them?

Because the list includes both names that have been transfered and names that are still there so unless you have kept perfect records of what you have transfered out, you are taking a risk of them deleting a current domain. Probably a better solution is to create a list from the registrar the transfered ones went to so you know for sure those ones were transfered successfully. BTW, anyone know how other registrars deal with updating ones account when names are transfered away?
