Because the list includes both names that have been transfered and names that are still there so unless you have kept perfect records of what you have transfered out, you are taking a risk of them deleting a current domain. Probably a better solution is to create a list from the registrar the transfered ones went to so you know for sure those ones were transfered successfully.
