Who's the best non-US host in your opinion? Speed to the US and Eurpoe, 24x7 english speaking support, and a solid backup infrastructure are my main requirments.

Although we're using a Virginia-based webhost for two of our bigger commercial sites, we're also working with Canaca.ca hosting in Toronto for our newest site Fetishopolis.com
