Who's the best non-US host in your opinion? Speed to the US and Eurpoe, 24x7 english speaking support, and a solid backup infrastructure are my main requirments.

Although we're using a Virginia-based webhost for two of our bigger commercial sites, we're also working with Canaca.ca hosting in Toronto for our newest site Fetishopolis.com

Great speed, excellent service, affordable rates (currently usin' their bronze pkg.). Their uptime has been 100% in the past year. They accept adult content, of course.
