Underweight and lazy to gain !!
Why is it that when i tell people about my problem.. the lough at me or tell me that they hate me? i need to gain 20 pounds.. i'v been eating all kinds of junk and still no gain.. anybody here with my problem? i can't get clothes my size.. it sucks !!!

yeah i'd gladly take 20pounds too...
I drink beer everyday and eat alot of crap...but nothing will make me gain a pound.... I can probably tolerate more beer than an average 230lbs guy though...

i tried that.. it actually works the opposite.. i should start a weight loss company.. eat mc donalds 3 times a day.. the 2nd day you'll either vomit everything and louse weight or a mayor diarrea will get you back where you started

I lost 12lbs and then gained 20 back(used protein shakes and creatine) If you dedicte yourself to it you will gain mass. If you want any tips or anything hit me up on ICQ or AIM |

i guess i should get out of this chair and start going to the gym.. there is actually one in my building.. but im lazy to take the elevator down to it.. grrr.. anybody here ever used a personal trainer?
