How are you treated by customer service?
I was told two different things by two differnt customer service reps. I believed the first one. But just happened to call again and the second one told me differently. Ok time to then contact the supervisor. The supervisor then talks to me like it is my fault. Ok so it is the customers fault not the first employees? Should I not be boiling with anger right now? What do you think ...

They weren't trained right. The company I use to set up call centers here in the Philippines uses a standardized training logic chart. This goes a LOOOONG way for standardized answers and customer experience. I'm looking for US partners to sell this service to small and mid-sized businesses so they can retain customers and expand their sales base.
