How are you treated by customer service?

I was told two different things by two differnt customer service reps. I believed the first one. But just happened to call again and the second one told me differently. Ok time to then contact the supervisor. The supervisor then talks to me like it is my fault. Ok so it is the customers fault not the first employees? Should I not be boiling with anger right now? What do you think ...
