I did a check last week.
I got some cash from the ATM and then check against the rate I would have gotten from the bank and its was less than a 1% difference. No list on their site.

What epassporte exchange rates? When you withdraw cash from ATM, currency is exchanged at the rate of the bank which owns this ATM + $2 withdraw fee.
