I did a check last week.
I got some cash from the ATM and then check against the rate I would have gotten from the bank and its was less than a 1% difference.
          No list on their site.

What epassporte exchange rates? When you withdraw cash from ATM, currency is exchanged at the rate of the bank which owns this ATM + $2 withdraw fee.

I thought it was Visa that set the rate, since their network handles the transaction...?

In my experience the amount of local currency cash I get in my hand - excluding the $USD2 withdraw fee - is a little worse than the bank's cash buy rate. If I could find an ATM that dispensed USD notes and then deposited them into my AUD bank account I'd get more value out of it. Hardly worth the extra trouble though.
