I think they've blocked all ip's. You have to ask them to 'release' your ip.. or something.

Tried that and still can't login. I gave up in the end.

You have to wonder about the future of a service that effectively cannot get new business. Wonder why the DOS attacks happened?

We did sent a notification email to ALL our customers when all this just started.

That has little to do with it. It's very much a his problem and not my problem. This is business and money is involved and where money is involved if you want to start being sentimental then you deserve to get screwed. Seems the back door is working for me so off I pop off and try it. I also genuinely wish Max the best in resolving the DOS issue. Presuming there's no reason for it other than some scumbags are pissed off for very little then it's a fucked up thing to happen to anyone.
