As far as I know, Michael Pratt is still a fugitive. It seems highly unlikely that he'll give himself up for the outstanding arrest warrant, just to appeal the civil verdict. So in this scenario, whatever the court decides to do with liquidating his assets to satisfy the judgment would go unchallenged. Given the $12+ million judgment against Girls Do Porn, you will come last as a creditor. But do you really want to be listed in court documents as someone affiliated with these criminals?
