What's up with Top Bucks?

I like their program, but contacting them seems to be hard. I want to get my address changed on my webmaster referral account.

The only link I see to contact them is at the very bottom of their FAQ where you are instructed to carefully read the FAQ before e-mailing them....

and then the link to the e-mail form is broken.

I e-mailed them about it a long time ago but never received a response.

How can such a great program have no idea how important webmaster support is? Even when their e-mail form is working, I've never received a response to a question.

This isn't the first time I've had trouble contacting them. I think the attitude is just weird about contact there. They want you to carefully read the FAQ before e-mailing them....then you look at a company like ARS who gives you an account rep with their ICQ and cell phone numbers.

To merge you referral account with the main sales account go to Marketing, and at the bottom you have the instructions (and link) on how to do that. Also, you can find some of their people on icq, and email them at support@ topbucks. com
If you have something more serious, Kevin himself will reply to you very fast.
So, no worries about their webmaster support, it is great and willing to help people.
