I feel sorry for...
the Iraqi troops and civilians who TRULY want to surrender. Who will take them seriously now?
Even more unneeded civilian and soldier deaths for the Iraqi's. The fake surrendering wasn't a bad idea, but the probability of backfire is too strong to make it truly worthwhile...
