I can see the day when these printers can do stuff like that. Using properly processed ingredients, they might not even taste like shit.

Oh man, one of the things I hate about the midwest; confusing parking lots covered with snow. I hope you are heating the driveway portion.

Ha, I came out of a hotel in Northern Virginia once after a night of drinking with business friends. I stood there looking at acres of deep snow covered cars then down at the Hertz rental car key in my hand.

You have to make it tough on the snowplow guys. They doze off at the wheel if they aren't dodging obstructions.

After everything is done we will have a cost segregation done. For tax purposes we can add that $number to the current appraised value and then depreciate it.

From an image perspective... it's impossible to value. Since we started having customer meetings at the fountain this year we have added 4 fortune 500 customers. The facility looks new and is very impressive now. All the driveways have been upgraded, the entire plant ,repainted..new trees and landscaping, etc. We have spent as much time and money on the inside as well. All new lighting, sunroofs, etc.

The business I am in is about details. Our goal is to make it impossible for people that visit us NOT to do business with us. The business we have added from just those 4 new customers have paid for all the improvements many, many times over.
