After everything is done we will have a cost segregation done. For tax purposes we can add that $number to the current appraised value and then depreciate it.
From an image perspective... it's impossible to value. Since we started having customer meetings at the fountain this year we have added 4 fortune 500 customers. The facility looks new and is very impressive now. All the driveways have been upgraded, the entire plant ,repainted..new trees and landscaping, etc. We have spent as much time and money on the inside as well. All new lighting, sunroofs,etc.
The business I am in is about details. Our goal is to make it impossible for people that visit us NOT to do business with us. The business we have added from just those 4 new customers have paid for all the improvements many, many times over.
