Anyone (besides Ray) who can fix a Strongbox issue?

Is there anyone here who is able to fix Strongbox where it is showing incomplete IPs for some countries, then kicking those users our as soon as they log in?

Billers and host all show the correct IP but Strongbox does not. The second the user logs in they are kicked right back out.

Anyone?

DWB, I'm looking at your issue regarding users in Singapore right now. A more recent version of Strongbox may take care of your issue.

not funny to see this thread after figuring out this is a not-really-working service where I just spent $1.3k ... I feel I will sooner get a chargeback than a refund or a damn reply to my emails...

How did you spend $1.3k on a license that costs less than $300?

Also, I've found though it sometimes takes a day or two for a support request to get addressed (other times it's near instantly) they're pretty much happy to fix any tech issues. Calling them will also net you a faster response as usual.

My main complaint is the charging extra for annual support but even so I'm having a hard time seeing how you totaled that much.

Yes, ~36 hours ago I got a reply from Ray that he put my email in Ali's inbox and he'll take care of it. I replied welcoming this, but haven't heard of no one since
