How did you spend $1.3k on a license that costs less than $300?
Also, I've found though it sometimes takes a day or two for a support request to get addressed (other times it's near instantly) they're pretty much happy to fix any tech issues. Calling them will also net you a faster response as usual.
My main complaint is the charging extra for annual support but even so I'm having a hard time seeing how you totaled that much.
