What functionality does openx have that DFP doesn't? Also, openx can't be set to optimize for CTR automatically like DFP does the last time I checked.

Open X allows you to weight whole campaigns alongside banners themselves, have impression and click limits on each banner if needed, video overlay banners etc. I have used dclick for a few months now and Open-X seems to blow it out the water.
