So because everyone was raving about Amerinoc

And i need a virtual for just 1 small site i deceided to go with them.
Setup was nice and quick but support....
I mean everybody was saying how amazingly fast their support is.
I ran into a problem with Wordpress, sent them a mail with the login details to Wordpress. One hour later i got a reply asking for the login details. Wtf?
Now another hour has passes and nothing.
Not exactly the 10 minute replies everyone was raving about.

I know in general 2 hours isn't a lot but i'm used to hosts who reply within 15 mins and if have to believe people here Amerinoc is one of them

Other than that no problem with them. And this isn't really a problem either. Just wondering where those amazing stories come from.

Maybe they responded by marking your ticket as "solved" before anyone bothered to deal with it. I was looking into them but decided otherwise when my ticket with sales was marked as solved after an implication was made that someone would follow up regarding my specific request but with ticket marked as solved, nobody did. Needless to say - no business from me.

They replied just now. 2 hours is fine for a non critical issue. Let's hope they are quicker if it's critical

You could be right because i only got a 2nd reply after i asked if someone was working on the problem. I wonder if the first person who replied closed the ticket.
Edit, i don't know if in a ticket system in the first place as i simply used my email to contact them. Not sure how they handle that over there.
