We are also in the process of taking them off all our hosted galleries and free sites and will replace them with photos at a later stage. The galleries themselves will remain up. Hosted Flash Movies will also be withdrawn. The regulations basically state that 'hard core movies' cannot be accessible to those under 18 and must be protected by an age verification system i.e. credit card membership (but not debit cards)

This is obviously and evolving situation and no doubt many other UK sponsors will have to make changes to what they provide their affiliates for marketing.

Interesting times ahead !!

i do not think it matters where you host (most of the sites in the uk are hosted in the usa).

its if your in the uk or not.

ATVOD does not cover either Live Streaming or user uploaded.

So a tube and cam/live productions are the way to avoid this silly tax.
