gotta read the terms, it depends on your traffic, if you know you have traffic that converts and fits some of the sites they offer it can't hurt to try them out. Just keep in mind that if your traffic is "grossly unproductive" you could be subject to a reduced payout.

if you want a low risk sponsor i would reccomend Purity Scan . you get 14 cents per download and it makes more than any other per click sponsor..trust me ive tried them all. you als0 get refferals 3 levels deep. so the people u referrer you get 2 cents for every one of their installs and 1 cent for everyone they reffer. they pay on time every time and they are always on icq to help. best way to link them is with fake movie thumbs like this www.thinthongs.com/movies.html give it a try, you will make 3 times more than any other per click or exit sponsor hands down. and there is no huge string of popups
