gotta read the terms, it depends on your traffic, if you know you have traffic that converts and fits some of the sites they offer it can't hurt to try them out. Just keep in mind that if your traffic is "grossly unproductive" you could be subject to a reduced payout.
"If you are a member of the unique program, the productivity of your account is reviewed each pay period. If it is determined that your traffic is grossly unproductive you will be notified and your payout/click will be changed, retroactively effecting the current pay period.
