website update to twitter
Can anyone direct me on some information on how to set up an API for a website so when you update certain areas on your website that your twitter account is also updated. I am not talking about blogs here, I understand that already, more looking for the ability when I add a gallery, video, model to my website that new page that I updated is forwarded to my twitter account.

we are using twitterfeed.com
Just make a RSS feed and setup account with twitterfeed. thats 5 minutes solution 8)

Does Twitter feed use url shorteners or the full url?
I have been looking for an automatic post to Twitter plugin that does not use url shorteners |

Google's feedburner checks your RSS Feed hourly for updates posting up to 8 tweets to Twitter per hour plus it will syndicate your RSS Feed into HTML format. I used twitterfeed in the past and found that it didn't post enough tweets to twitter for them to get noticed.
