Looking for pointers as a new member!
Hi to you all on the forum.

I have been looking for some time at a move into the industry and have settled on the Webcam niche as my first venture.

I have found the services of 12 english speaking performers from Spain,UK and South Africa and have the site name registered "pocketmoneycams.com" (not live yet) looking at the 2much cam service as the entry level.

What is the next step how do I put my performers in front of the punters!

Try to combine your cam niche with another niche. For instance 'European Cam Girls' or 'Latin Cam Babes'. You can than focus on those keywords in the SE's. If you go general it could mean a hell of a competition.

The hardest thing at the start is to keep models connected. No matter which deal u have with them, models would hardly stay on without earning money or Pay Members.

Some CamSite owners therefore sometimes concentrate first on traffic and then when steady traffic get their chicks online. Otherwise girls would connect once and then never again.

yeah try and land some deals with larger programs to keep the girls busy until you figure out how to get your own traffic. you can lease streaming webcam software jsut google it and buy some streaming servers.
