Hey,

Probably a really stupid question...but. Started an affiliate program for GwenMedia called FemDomDollars (FemDomDollars.com) and I haven't really been pushing it because I'm not exactly sure how.

Its a great affiliate program offering 50% of every reoccurring membership and 10% of all webmaster referrals but not exactly sure how to get people to notice it.

Any ideas, tips or help would be amazing.

Hi Kate. You'll probably do what you just did here, but several times over on different adult boards and with press releases. You'll need to find avenues and mediums for getting the word out on your program so that interested webmasters will be able to learn about your program and sign up.

First, make an account on all the various adult webmaster forums. Create an introductory post where you talk about your program and your affiliation/position with the program. Try not to be too spammy, but if you construct an informative post about who you are, the program you represent, and the sites in your portfolio, then your promotion will be well-received.

Secondly, you should write up a nice press release. Once you have it drafted, submit it to different websites such as pradult.com or klixxx.com (get in touch with Mona).

If it's within your budget, talk to the administration here at GFY and get a top banner, or a button here and there.

Also, make a nice button and add it to your signature. This way you'll get some free publicity whenever you post.

I checked out your site, one thing you might want to do is take to the traffic leaks out of the page. Like up at the top where where you have it linked to a links page, a toplist, adn your aebn theatre. Affiliates dont get paid for their traffic going out to those links and you may have a hard time getting them to sign up.

you cant make a seperate page for affiliates to send traffic to without the leaks?

Hi Kate, I'm glad I could help out. It's fairly easy to find other adult webmaster forums, but if you're having some trouble then I'd be more than happy to supply you with some links, and any other information I can supply you with from my limited experience. My ICQ number is in my signature.
