Hi,
I'm looking to start a clip security business and need some advice.

Here's my pitch:

I have a solution to the neverending problem of video clip piracy. You produce the video, I encode it so no one but your paying customers have the right to view it using a special player!

This will stop the clip from being copied and spread around the web! I've had a few nibbles but have no idea what to charge for this service?

Should I charge by the size of the clip? Number of clips? Charge by the hour?

Should I put up a website or just send emails to porn clip producers?

Please help...two people are looking for quotes...thanks, Jack

I would start by exchanging links and search engine optimization. After that, start posting on forums with a link or image in your signature.

you need to put a watermarks on every clip that you put in your site
