convert a .gif to .flv in OSX?
hiya,
Ive got some short animated .gif's but I need to change them into .flv How am I supposed to do this on a mac? The gifs play fine but every time I try to convert them with ffmpeg the resulting video file comes out at 0kb If your wondering why I'd need to do this, it's because I found an artist who can work with gifs but not flash, but I need these to go into a flash player thanks

flv is for video. If your gif is just a simple animation you're probably better off importing it frame by frame into the timeline in Flash and exporting as a .swf
