I notice alot of the sites at awempire.com, offer free live cams. Are you only paid if users purchases credits?

the surfers are able to chat for free.
you get paid $40 for sign-up 30% for revs. in both cases the surfer must make a purchase. for the $40 sign-up he can buy any amount of credit even the lowest $29, you still get $40 |
