My gay military-themed blog is live now. I have a few sponsors up, created a warning page I can live with and submitted the url to a bunch of link dumps. I also set up a google sitemap so hopefully I will get indexed soon. If you could take a look and let me know what you think, I'd appreciate it. What exactly do I do next? Just wait for google to index it? It has and will continue to have a crapload of text, so I'm assuming I just need to be patient. Or should I buy traffic?

Try to do some A>B>C linking with sites that are simular to yours(gay)

Okay, I think I understand that concept, sort of cross-linking right? Not a direct recipricol, but someone would link to this blog on their site and I would link to a different site of theirs rather than back to the site that linked me? Is that correct?

Yep, that's right. Direct reciprocal links count by far less, the idea behind it is that search engines believe a link without a reciprocal shows that the site linked to must have some value for the user...a direct recip indicates it's rather a webmaster tactic to increase rankings of both sites.
