Failed rebills - why?
Does anybody else have a high rate of rebill customers whose rebills don't go through? If so - why does it happen? All I get from my bank is that "their" bank declined the transaction. But most of those customers have been billed before and their credit card expiration date is way in the future. Any ideas?
FYI: I'm using VeriSign and I have my own merchant account. |

Perhaps your users are compulsive shoppers and they've hit their credit limit ;)

No, neither one of those two make sense. Half of my rebills dont' go through on daily basis. So, I think it could be a technical issue.
