new site- traffic/ads

Hi im a newbie to these forums, as am i to the website world. A few weeks ago I begin the site called Babe which you can visit at http://babe.orsm.net

Babenet is a sub site from the highly successful orsm.net which gets loads of traffic each day. It is a site made by me ( a chick!) which features an advice section, galleries and blogs.

I am hoping the site becomes profitable as does any webmaster yet it is quite difficult to get the traffic/ pr ranks / and to get people to sign up for links to make money.

I understand these things take time, I dont expect to be making hundreds in my first week... But i do believe Babe brings something new to the web as such. Their isnt many adult sites run primarily by women around, guys might like this.

As I am new to this industry.... would appreciate if any one could give me advice on how to get a good PR, higher ratings and achieving sign ups (for my advertisments).

Thanks for your help in advance.... GFY is a good thing.

Tell me more how you get ya traffic ?

You might want to re-think the whole babenet name. Anyone thats been around a while won't want anything to do with you. (Babenet used to be a big sponsor program and they ripped off a lot of people.)

I agree re-think the whole Babenet Idea. I would also advise you to sit back and look at your site from a surfers point of view Ie: is it easy to navigate. Would you bother clicking a link if you just came across the site.

I notice you haven't bothered With Your Meta-tags, it can be argued they aren't importent anymore. I still use them when ever doing a site. Also maximise your "Page Title" (you just have babe) I think the title is a very importent when maximising for Search Engines.

Lastly spend some $$$ and get yourself a Domain, Most people will not trade links for PR using Sub-Domains.

Ps, Post up a picture so we can all see how pretty you are;)
